Steps in detail:
- First things first! Check with your phone provider that you have the ability to upload files to your phone system. We can provide any file required,
however we won’t take your money if we can’t give you something you can use. - Once you’ve confirmed the ability to upload files to your system, click on “Get Quote” and input the required information.
- We will contact you as soon as possible – 24 hours at the latest (business days).
- Once the project has been confirmed and the quote has received your approval, we will forward over the invoice.
Note: For all new clients, we do require payment upfront before we commence production. However, getting you what you need as soon as possible is important to us! Any future updates will only need quote approval to get started. Once approved, we’ll shoot over a 30-day invoice.
- Pick your Voice Talent(s)! Let us know if you need help with recommendations.
- If your package includes our scripting services: one of our copyists will gather your company info, your desired tone (
professional / relaxed ), and begin writing your new scripts.
Note: If you have existing scripts, the copyist will review them and offer any suggestions to help make them clear and concise.
- Once completed, the finalized scripts will be forward to you for review. Feel free to provide us with any feedback or alternations desired before granting approval of the final script.
- Once the script is finalized, we will bring the Voice Talent you selected in
studio to record your scripts. - If your package included On Hold Music, we’ll forward over hand-picked On Hold Music options tailored to your company’s preferred genre.
- Finally, we’ll assemble all the pieces together and produce your newly completed Professional Phone Voiceovers for you to upload to your service provider.
