First, check that your phone system can upload custom audio files (we can provide any format like MP3 or WAV). Once confirmed, click Get My Quote and tell us about what you need. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours (on business days) to discuss the details and provide a quote.

After you approve the quote, we’ll send an invoice. For new clients, we ask for payment upfront so we can kick off production right away. Once you’ve worked with us, future updates only need your quote approval to start – we’ll invoice those on a 30-day term.

Next, pick the voice talent for your recording. We have a range of professional voice artists to choose from, and we’re happy to recommend someone who fits your brand if you need help deciding.

Now it’s time to finalize your script. If you already have a script, our team will review it and suggest any tweaks to make it clearer and more engaging. If you need help writing one, our copywriters can craft a script for you based on your information and desired tone. We only move forward once you’re completely happy and have approved the final script.

Here’s where the magic happens. We bring your chosen voice artist into our studio to record your script with professional quality. Then our audio producers mix in the music (if any) and polish the recording. Thanks to our streamlined process, we usually have everything recorded and edited within 3 days.

Finally, we’ll deliver your completed voiceover files in the format your phone system requires (e.g., MP3, WAV). All that’s left is for you to upload them to your system and start impressing callers with  professional, high-quality greeting/s.
